About our founder…

Tanya Whitehead is a senior Talent professional with 12+ years’ of experience, gained through senior HR & Talent positions supporting leaders across creative, media, advertising and not for profits. Her background includes the well-known advertising agency Saatchi & Saatchi and the national charity Great Ormond St Children’s Charity, in addition to a number of SMEs.

Tanya is a trained and licensed MBTI (Myers Briggs) facilitator, with experience creating & facilitating individual and team workshops. She has a general grounding in HR through her CIPD accreditation, MA in HR and Employee Management, and undergraduate Law degree. Tanya is also working towards a post-graduate level coaching accreditation with the Institute of Leadership and Management.

What we can do

 

HR / Talent Projects & Initiatives

From strategy & inception, through to tactical delivery & rollout, we can support across key projects including talent attraction & onboarding, the appraisal/performance review process, engagement surveys & subsequent action plans, and talent management programmes.

 

Consultative Coaching

Combining coaching techniques with solid HR experience and knowledge, we can provide goal focused 121 coaching on an ad-hoc or programme basis, with a particular focus on line manager/leadership development, and maternity returners.

Learning Programmes

Starting with a learning needs assessment we can build a suite of bespoke learning interventions to achieve great results & meet your business needs (including CPD requirements). Including:  line manager development (121 or group-based workshops), internal skill sharing & ‘train the trainer’ workshops, and curating external cost effective learning sources.  

 

General HR Support

We can provide strategic & tactical support across all areas of the employee life cycle, including performance management, dispclinaries & grievances, restructures, & TUPE transfers. Our approach will have an emphasis on going above & beyond basic HR compliance, whilst still meeting business needs. Available on a project or retainer-based model.

Psychometrics

As licensed practitioners of the MBTI tool, we can raise self-awareness and support personal, team, & leadership development through a range of 121 and team workshops covering working styles, problem solving, communication, stress management & leadership.

 

Retained / Flexi Service

Not sure of which specific service you need? We can provide flexible and bespoke support, across all our areas of our expertise, on a part-time retained basis, for a minimum of three months. As part of this process we’ll assess your business needs to create a Talent strategy, and then provide the relevant services.
